Grab any clothes in good condition that you no longer wear. A good test is, ‘would I give this item to a friend?’
Pack your donation in a satchel or box. Tip: reuse your ICONIC delivery satchel if you don’t need to return your purchase.
Download and attach your pre-paid shipping label. Drop off at an Australia Post Red Street Posting Box or Post Office!

Australians discard 23 kilograms of clothing per person every year? This results in 6 tonnes of textiles and clothing contributed to landfill in Australia every 10 minutes.
Let’s do better.
When clothes end up in landfill, they take many years to break down in the environment, creating unnecessary greenhouse gas emissions and pollution.
We have partnered with Salvos Stores and Australia Post to help address clothing waste. By providing you with a pre-paid postage label you can donate your pre-loved clothes at any time, so that someone else can love and wear them. Your donations will also help Salvos Stores fund programs that assist people dealing with homelessness, addiction, emergency situations and family violence.
The initiative is available for all of THE ICONIC’s customers in Australia and we are working on extending it to New Zealand in the near future.
Apparel and footwear items only can be donated through this channel. Salvos Stores does not accept used underwear, socks or hosiery.
